Backorder a domain — we reach out to the owner and catch it if it drops

Want a domain that's already registered? Tell us your budget, and ns6 contacts the current owner on your behalf — and holds a seat on the drop-catch queue so if it is not renewed we register it for you the moment it drops.

Envestisman piblik

What you would pay the current owner for the name. We negotiate within it and never commit you above it. Also your ceiling if a caught name goes to auction.

How a backorder works

1

Mete backorder ou a

Enter the registered domain you want, tell us your budget, and pay the $99 backorder fee. Work starts the moment the payment clears.

2

We contact the owner

We find the current owner — through the WHOIS record, the domain’s own website and its contact form — and write to them on your behalf without revealing your budget. Any reply comes straight to us, we negotiate within your budget, and you approve a price before anything is bought.

3

Nou gade gout la

Lè yon domèn pa renouvle li deplase atravè fenèt la ekspire ak ranbousman nan rejis la anvan li finalman tonbe. Nou swiv sa a chronologie pou non ou.

4

Nou eseye pran li

Lè non an vin disponib nou eseye enskri l imedyatman atravè backend nou an – yon ras ak tout lòt kaptenn, se konsa li se yon efò, pa yon garanti.

5

Ou jwenn li — oswa li ale nan envestisman

Si nou jwenn li epi ou se sèl moun ki te fè yon demann, li pral ou. Si plizyè moun te fè yon demann pou menm non an, li pral ale nan yon envestisman piblik kout ant yo.

Si pwopriyetè a pa renouvle, nou pral eseye jwenn li pou ou anvan nenpòt lòt moun.Si ou pa gen yon domèn, ou ka itilize sèvis nou yo pou jwenn li.

A flat $99 fee, paid when you place the backorder. It covers reaching out to the current owner on your behalf and your place on our drop-catch queue. If the owner agrees to sell, the purchase price is separate and you approve it first. The fee is non-refundable.

No. Owners can decline to sell, and drop-catching is competitive — many services race for the same expiring names. We make a genuine attempt on both fronts, but no registrar can promise a catch, and the fee covers the work rather than the outcome.

Si nou jwenn yon non ke anpil moun te mande, li ale nan yon envestisman piblik kout ant moun ki mande yo, ak pi wo a ofri a genyen.

That is part of every backorder now: we contact the owner first, and the drop-catch queue is the fallback if they don’t renew. If you only want the negotiation without the drop-catch, our broker service does exactly that.
