Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ns6 and the domain registration, transfer and DNS services we provide. By using ns6 you agree to them.
1. About ns6
ns6.com is operated by VPS.org LLC. ns6 is a domain registration and DNS service — a reseller of an ICANN-accredited registrar, not an accredited registrar itself. We register and manage domain names on your behalf through Dynadot, an ICANN-accredited registrar, which is the sponsoring registrar of record for the domains you register here. Your registration is also subject to the policies of ICANN and of the registry that operates each extension.
Because Dynadot is the sponsoring registrar of record, your registration is also subject to Dynadot's own registration agreement and to ICANN's policies and requirements for registrants, in addition to these terms. Where that agreement or ICANN policy places an obligation on you as the registrant, it applies to your domain even though you bought it through ns6. Please read it before you register.

2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registrant contact information and keep it up to date — ICANN requires it, and an inaccurate or unverified contact can lead to a domain being suspended.
3. Registrations, renewals and transfers
Registering, renewing or transferring a domain submits an order to the registry, which bills for it immediately. Prices are shown per year in the currency at checkout and can change when a registry changes its wholesale price. Availability is not guaranteed until a registration is confirmed. A newly registered or transferred domain may be subject to a registry lock (typically 60 days) before it can be transferred to another registrar.
4. Fees and refunds
Because registries bill immediately, domain registrations, renewals and transfers are generally non-refundable. Failed registrations are refunded in full, and limited refunds may be available within a registry's grace window minus non-refundable registrar and registry fees. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ns6 or any domain registered through us for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or to infringe the trademarks or other rights of others. We may suspend or cancel a domain or account that violates these terms, ICANN policy, or applicable law.
6. Disputes
Domain-name disputes are governed by ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and related transfer-dispute policies. By registering a domain you agree to be bound by these policies as they apply to your registration.
7. Free services
WHOIS privacy, DNS hosting and SSL are provided free with eligible domains on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may adjust or discontinue a free feature with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ns6 is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ns6 and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or domain names, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the domain in question.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of ns6 means you accept the current version. ns6.com is operated by VPS.org LLC, a limited liability company established in the United States, and these terms are governed by the law of the United States jurisdiction in which it is established; any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
